I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 3-5 days for fulfillment time and 5-7 days for transit time. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged, otherwise all sales are final. All returns must be at your own expense. The original shipping fees are non refundable. Customer is responsible for providing return tracking.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If your order has not yet shipped and you have entered the wrong name, or address please email us at help@flyingdiscsoceity.com with the correct information. Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped we are unable to correct the information entered at checkout.
